Stationed Field Agent

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced stationed field officer to Serve as Fido’s on-ground representative at a fixed booth or market location handling arrears, supporting walk-in repayments, and assisting in new customer onboarding.

1. Maintain daily presence at assigned locations.
2. Assist walk-in customers with repayment guidance.
3. Recover overdue accounts within the assigned area.
4. Support onboarding of new customers (L0s) after sales rotation.
5. Maintain booth cleanliness, branding, and daily logs.

Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Collections, or Business.

Familiarity with local community or market.

Fluent in English and local language.

Smart personal presentation and integrity.
