Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Be the front-line point of contact for technical assistance responsible for resolving basic end-user issues such as: facilitating client onboarding, password resets, guiding users through software usage, and general troubleshooting.
- Contribute technical insights, and engage in problem-solving discussions.
- Collect and accurately record user feedback and evaluation data.
- Report on tasks handled, challenges and resolutions to supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Computing or any other related field.
- Fresh graduates who completed their studies within the last two (2) years.
- Understanding of Mobile applications and software systems.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly, and collaborate with all stakeholders.
