Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is a semi-autonomous body responsible for promoting, developing
and regulating the capital markets industry in Uganda, with the overall objectives of investor protection
and market efficiency. It was established in 1996 following the enactment of the Capital Markets
Authority Act (Cap 64) as amended.
Research & Market Development Department invites applications for a graduate trainee program
within its department. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in Market Development of the
capital markets including Report Writing, data analytics, risk assessment and Stakeholder Engagements
